I am Jay Prajapati and I am 30 years old. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. At that point in time, I was working in Germany. Due to my critical condition , I was transferred to an emergency ward. I underwent several tests and was diagnosed to have severe form of Ulcerative Colitis. In few days’ time my condition was deteriorating in spite of high doses ofUlcerative steroids and other medications. Finally, they advised me to undergo a surgery to remove my affected colon which was going to be life saving for me.
